The UT-4000 is a simple to use universal transmitter that is compatible with our 4000 Series products. The UT-4000 operates on a 3 volt lithium battery (included) and has several different methods of activation. The UT-4000 has a push button that can be used as a panic button or a wireless doorbell. There is also a magnetic door/window contact and terminals for both a normally open (N/O) and normally closed (N/C) input. These inputs can be used with any sensor contacts.

ENABLES YOU TO EXPAND YOUR ALARM SYSTEM - If your house or office has multiple entrance doors, you can pair 16 UT-4000 Transmitters into a single Dakota Alert DCR-4000 Receiver
PROVIDES LONG-RANGE WIRELESS OPERATION - The UT-4000 unit can still communicate with the paired receiver, even if the transmitter is up to 1 mile away
CAN BE ACTIVATED BY ANY DETECTOR TYPE - True to its name, the UT-4000 provides a magnetic window/door sensor contact and terminals for both normally open (N/O) and closed (N/C) inputs
OFFERS LONG-LASTING DURABILITY - The universal transmitter runs on a CR2 battery and can withstand temperatures from -30 to 120 degree Fahrenheit

Wireless Doorbell Button: In this mode, the doorbell button is mounted where needed
Wireless Door Windows Open Sensor: In this mode the included magnetic sensor is mounted on a door or window to detect when it has opened
Wireless Universal Transmitter: In this mode there is an input on the wireless transmitter that accepts a "contact closure"
