Information for Shipping to Canada


Here are a few things you want to know about shipping to Canada
  • Our shopping cart cannot calculate the shipping and handling if the shipping destination is Canada. The shipping and handling will not be shown
  • You can still continue the order process. We will contact you to let you know the actual shipping and handing after we receive your order
  • If you prefer to know the shipping and handling prior to placing order, please call us at 909-594-4633, or send us your inquiry to support@imarketcity.com
  • Your order will not be shipped until confirmation to ship is obtained from you
  • If you select the “UPS Ground” or “3-day Select” at check-out, we will calculate the shipping either by UPS Standard or US Postal Service Priority Mail / Fist Class Mail. However, if the product is Bulky or Over-Sized, it will be shipped via Truck only
  • If you select the “2-day” or “Next day” at check out, we will calculate the shipping and handling by appropriate UPS / FedEx Air service or US Postal Service Express Mail
Here are a few thing you want to know about the shipping options and related fees
  • The carrier will collect PST / GST / QST from you at the time of delivery. i-Market is not an authorized company to quote or collect such fees
  • Package with values of $60 CAD or less is tax free (GST / PST / QST)
  • Shipping Option:
    • US Postal Service First class mail: This option is good if you want to keep the shipping fee down. There is no tracking number available and no insurance option. I-Market is not responsible for lost or damaged package. The maximum weight per package is 4LB, and usually delivered within 10 to 15 days
    • US Postal Service Priority Mail: This option is less expensive for smaller package compare to UPS / FedEx Delivery. Tracking number will be provided and i-Market will take care of package that is lost or damaged. It is good for package that is approximately 8 LB or less, and/or $60 CAD or less. Custom fee is usually included in the shipping charge already. Usually delivered within 6 to 10 days
    • UPS Standard: This is the best option if the package is about 8 LB or more, and/or the value of the package is more than $60 CAD. UPS driver will collect Custom / Brokerage fee and applicable tax when the package is delivered. Although UPS collects the extra Custom / Brokerage fee, the actual shipping charge is usually less than what Postal Service charges. The total shipping charge you will pay for the package that is 8 LB or more is usually cheaper via UPS standard
    • UPS / FedEx Air Service: The Air Service may not be available for all areas, and the delivery time may vary. Please call for more detail
    • Truck Delivery: This is the best option, and sometime the only option, when you order the Bulky and Over-sized product. The delivery time vary depending upon the nature of the product and the destination area. Usually delivered within 10 days
  • You may want to contact Canada Post or UPS / FedEx in your local area for more information about the fees and tax incurred by buying from US
  • All products carry the same normal warranty service, however, customer is responsible for one-way shipping to ship the defective product back to i-Market. i-Market will pay for the returning freight to ship the replacement product back to customer
